Refund policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: May 25, 2026
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging when possible
After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to accept returns except in cases of defects (see below).
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contactus@fiorinofashion.shop with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
- A short description of the issue
For confirmed defects or damage, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Earrings and intimate accessories
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to wear, washing, or misuse
4. How to Start a Return
- Email contactus@fiorinofashion.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address
- Ship the item back using a tracked method (we recommend keeping the tracking number)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Do not send returns to the address on the original package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item received: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of mind / wrong size: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a refund + new order. To exchange a size or color, request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us. After this window, your order may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
9. EU / UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right is in addition to our 30-day return window. Return shipping costs are the consumer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
