SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Fiorino Fashion. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

United States 12–20 business days
Canada 15–25 business days
United Kingdom 12–20 business days
European Union 12–25 business days
Australia / New Zealand 15–25 business days
Rest of world 15–30 business days

Total time = Processing (1–3 days) + Shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays may extend these times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders over $150 USD.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order from your account page at fiorinofashion.shop/account.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at contactus@fiorinofashion.shop.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Fiorino Fashion has no control over and is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs inspection.

For European Union customers: where applicable, VAT may be collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local carrier office
  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  3. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will assist with an investigation

8. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error (wrong address, refusal of customs charges, repeated failed delivery attempts) will be refunded for the product cost only, minus original shipping. Return shipping fees from the carrier may also be deducted.
